Even though we are a modern company endeavoring to expand, we still maintain a friendly small company atmosphere.
Our students’ ages range from two to ten years. Five days of teaching from Monday to Friday (basically 9-5) with occasional special events, such as Sports Day, falling on weekends. A day off will be given during the week as compensation.
Monthly starting salary is JPY 265,000 to 280,000. Travel to and from work is reimbursed. Social Insurance package (shakai hoken)—health insurance, pension, and employment insurance—with premiums and contributions matched by the company. Accommodation assistance provided. Paid summer and winter vacations, plus sick leave. Visa sponsorship/renewal available (must have a university degree) and up to JPY 100,000 contract completion bonus for the first year.
Applicants with a teaching, music, or drama degree and/or experience preferred, but not necessary. This position is limited to NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS who have basic computer skills and who genuinely enjoy working and interacting with chilren inside and outside of the classroom. You must be prepared to work hard and spend all day with children.
